How much do your sessions cost?

My coaching sessions are $60/hour. If this is a barrier to you, please reach out to me!

how many times will we meet?

In our first session, we’ll come up with a plan for your coaching and discuss what cadence will be the most beneficial to you. Most of my clients meet with me for 6-8 sessions.

What if I don’t know what i want to work on?

That’s completely okay! We can work together to come up with goals that make sense for your personal situation.

Are your sessions virtual or in-person?

My coaching is available both in my in-person studio in Tacoma, as well as online. Both options are excellent modalities for coaching.
