how many times will we meet?

Each package includes a set amount of calls. These calls are where a lot of work will happen, but you’ll also be given homework and tasks to complete outside of our sessions.

What if I don’t know what i want to work on?

That’s completely okay! We can work together to come up with goals that make sense for your personal situation.

Are your sessions virtual or in-person?
